The Chairman of the CEM-Cell is the Dean, College of Engineering, Guindy Campus and one of the Professors in Civil Engineering is nominated by the Chairman as the Convener. The Dean, CEG operate the funds in CEM-Cell.
The budget committee shall be convened by the Dean with the following Committee Members, once in each Semester to discuss the various works to be carried out on the priority basis.
